Abstract (en)
A turbine (6) has a gas space (12) and a number of guide- vanes (18) each having a foot-plate (21) and a vane-blade (23) extending from the foot-plate (21) radially into the gas space (12). Between the guide-vanes (18) adjacent to the foot-plates (21), a sealing element (44) is provided with a location space (50) into which reach the foot-plates (21). The sealing element (44) has a H-shaped cross-section and has two longitudinal limbs (46) joined via a transverse limb (48). Between the longitudinal limbs, two location zones (50) separated by the transverse limbs (48), are formed, and in to which reach the footplates (21) of the adjacent guide-vanes (18).
Abstract (de)
Bei einer Turbine (6), insbesondere Gasturbine, ist zur Abdichtung von aneinander in Umfangsrichtung (36) der Turbine (6) angrenzenden Leitschaufeln (18) ein Dichtelement (44) mit einem Aufnahmebereich (50) vorgesehen, in den die Leitschaufeln (18) mit ihren Fußplatten (21) hineinreichen. Im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlichen Abdichtung braucht hierbei der Randbereich der Fußplatten (21) nicht verstärkt ausgebildet sein, so dass über die gesamte Fußplatte (21) hinweg eine homogene Kühlung ermöglicht ist. Dies erlaubt insbesondere die Anwendung eines geschlossenen Kühlsystems (62) zur Kühlung insbesondere mit Dampf. <IMAGE>
