Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2784672A1] The preparation of the titanium silcalite (TS2) involves a relatively short crystallisation time and small amounts of structuring agents, and is thus applicable on an industrial scale. The process comprises the stages: (a) impregnation of an amorphous xerogel (TiO2 - SiO2) with a solution containing a structuring agent comprising at least one 3,5-dimethyl piperidinium-type compound and a mobility agent OH- ; (b) heating of the reaction mixture to the crystallisation temperature of the zeolite; and (c) recovery and calcination of the zeolite obtained. Independent claims are also included for the silicalite formed and its catalytic uses.
