The padded back part (20,25.1) is swivel mounted to the top of a vertical carrying eleement (25), which is accommodated with its lower end in a box shaped, slightly pointed holding device (21). The carrying element (25) can be vertically moved in order to adjust the height of the back part (20) and is kept in place by a transversally arranged bow (27,27.1) operated with a button (27.2) protruding from the side of the holding device (21), which engages with a serrated profile (26), positioned inside the lower area of the carrying element (25). The holding device (21) can be swiveled around an horizontal axle (30.1) at the upper seat carrying shell (11) in order to facilitate a back and forward motion of the back part (20).

Um einen Stuhl oder eine Stehhilfe mit an einem Sitzträger vorgesehenen Sitz und/oder Rückenstütze einfach aufzubauen, sind ein Sitzträgeroberteil (11) mit Kulisse (12) sowie ein am oberen Ende der Stuhlsäule (9) angeordnetes Sitzträgerunterteil (1) mit längsgerichteter Kulissenaufnahme (4) vorgesehenes, in die Kulisse (12) eingesetzt, die ein Sitzverschwenken um eine Achse parallel zur Querachse zulässt. Alternativ ist an dem Sitzträgerunterteil (1) eine Aufnahmekammer (16) vorgesehen, an die ein Lehnenträgerfuß (21.2) eines Lehnenträgers (21) zum Verschwenken des Rückenträgers angelenkt ist. Das obere Ende des Lehnenträgers (21) weist eine Kammer auf, in die ein mit einer Rückenstütze (25.1) versehener Lehnenstab (25) eingesetzt das Rückenteil bildet, das mit Mitteln zur Höhenverstellung um einen Betrag "h" versehenen ist. <IMAGE>
