[origin: EP1132207A1] Transfer device comprises a rotating transfer rotor (15) for transferring hollow bodies (4) to a spindle plate (5) arranged on a printing machine, and holding devices (18) arranged on the transfer rotor and defining receiving sites (21) for the hollow bodies. The hollow bodies are transferred between the receiving sites of the holding devices of the transfer rotor and the receiving spindles of the spindle plate. Controllers (32) are arranged relative to each other to control the holding devices and the receiving spindles.
