The invention includes a set of ceiling panels comprising a plurality of substantially identical panels, each panel being substantially rectangular, each edge having one or more lengthwise protruding lips and/or one or more lengthwise grooves along substantially the whole length of the edge, said four edges two and two being substantially identical to each other and the one or more lengthwise lips and/or one or more lengthwise grooves along substantially the whole length of the edges of a first pair of said pairs of edges being substantially complementary to the one or more lengthwise lips and/or one or more lengthwise grooves along substantially the whole length of the edges of the second pair of said pairs of edges.
