[origin: EP1133936A1] Clasp comprises an inner part (16) and an outer part (18). Each part has a connection piece (24) for connecting it to the links of the bracelet. The two parts connect using magnetic (26) and mechanical (28) elements. The magnetic force between first and second parts is along an axis (BB) that is perpendicular to the contact surface between the two parts, while the mechanical element prevents their displacement parallel to the contact surface.
