[origin: EP1134419A2] The pump (1) is driven by an electric motor (2) controled by an electronic unit (4) on the end of the motor remote from the pump chamber. The motor has at least two feed channels (35a,35b) leading from different pressure areas of the pump as high and low pressure channels connected to a cooling channel (30) passing through the electronic unit so that cooling liquid flows through the unit.
