Abstract (en)
The device for forming cigarette packs includes a unit(3) for the preparation of a cigarette supply in which is installed a funnel equipped with chutes which on the inlet side, to conform to the shape of the cigarettes, are bounded by conically extending walls which then run parallel in the outlet region. The chutes on the inlet side have vibratory rollers which are preferably conical. The funnel is supplied with cigarettes by a conveyor with recesses shaped to match the conicity of the cigarettes. An Independent claim is included for a procedure to form cigarette packs of conical cigarettes using the aforesaid system.

Die Erfindung betrifft das Bilden von Zigarettenblöcken von konischen Zigaretten, wobei wenigstens eine Einrichtung (3, 13) zum Bereitstellen eines Zigarettenvorrats mit Zigarettentrichtern, die mit einer Vielzahl von Ausschuböffnungen (4, 14) für Zigaretten entsprechend dem Anordnungsmuster der Zigaretten in der herzustellenden Zigarettenpackung angeordnet sind, einen Förderer (1) mit einer Vielzahl von axial offenen Zellen (2), der jeweils um eine oder mehrere Zellenteilungen getaktet beweglich ist, und einen entsprechend dem Takt des Förderers (1) hin- und herbeweglichen Schieber (7) zum Überschieben jeweils einer Anzahl von Zigaretten entsprechend einem Zigarettenblock in eine benachbarte Zelle (2) des Förderers (1), wobei Schächte (14) der Zigarettentrichter eintrittseitig entsprechend der Zigarettenform durch konisch zulaufende und im Austrittsbereich durch parallele Wandungen begrenzt sind. <IMAGE>
