[origin: EP1136629A1] The fastener (36) for securing the valve device (5) inside the fitting casing (2) includes a coupling piece (8) which is secured to the valve device by a bayonette joint. The coupling piece includes further connecting means for securing it to a building wall (9) or onto a water pipe (12). The coupling is first of all secured to the wall or pipe, and then the valve device is attached to the coupling.
