Abstract (en)

A turbine runner vane arrangement has several turbine runner vanes arranged in a staggered array around the periphery of a turbine wheel/disc (1) each blade having one blade foot (3) which has two longitudinal faces (4) and two frontal faces (8). Longitudinal foot teeth (5) are provided on the longitudinal faces (4), the foot being longitudinally insertable into a turbine wheel /disc slot (6) and held radially extraction-tight in place there by longitudinal slot teeth (7), which tightly grip behind its longitudinal foot teeth. The turbine blade foot (3) has on its frontal face (8) a local material 'reduction' in the form of a recess (9), which has a wedge-shaped indent or notch on the frontal face (8) of the blade foot (3) in the region between the opposite-facing longitudinal foot teeth (5) nearest to the turbine wheel/disc axle.

Um eine Turbinenlaufschaufelanordnung mit mehreren in Umfangsrichtung einer Turbinenscheibe (1) versetzt angeordneten Turbinenlaufschaufeln (2) mit jeweils einem Schaufelfuß (3), der in eine Turbinenscheibennut (6) längs einschiebbar und dort durch Nutlängszähne (7), die seine Fußlängszähne (5) formschlüssig hintergreifen, radial auszugsfest gehalten ist, so auszubilden, daß Turbinenlaufschaufeln (2) bei Schrägungswinkeln einsetzbar sind, die größer als die bisher erreichten sind, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Schaufelfuß (3) an seiner Stirnseite (8) eine lokale Materialschwächung aufweist. <IMAGE>
