[origin: WO0036420A2] A method for identifying nucleotide sequences that are differentially expressed in tumour cells, preferably primary breast tumour cells, comprising exposing a tumour cell containing tissue sample to an agent specific for fibroblast activation protein (FAP), separating cells recognised by said agent from the remaining cells in the sample and harvesting said remaining cells. Nucleic acid molecules derived from the use of this technique are also described, together with compositions comprising the same and their uses.
