Abstract (en)

Plug, designed to fit into an air intake aperture in a container cap, is partly elastically deformable and incorporates opening/closing member which seals against seating surface on the inside of cap and opens when given low pressure level is reached to allow air to pass. The elastically deformable part of the plug is in the form of a skirt made in one piece with plug and folded inside out after inserting plug through hole. The plug (10), designed to fit into an air intake aperture in a container cap (201), is at least partly elastically deformable and incorporates an opening/closing member (15) which seals against a seating surface (216) on the inside of the cap and opens when a given low pressure level is reached inside the container to allow air to pass through a channel (13) between the hole and plug. The elastically deformable part of the plug is in the form of a skirt made in one piece with the plug and folded inside out after inserting the plug through the hole.

La présente demande concerne un élément (10) destiné à être monté dans un passage de reprise d'air (210) d'un récipient (300), ledit élément (10) étant, au moins partiellement, élastiquement déformable et comportant un organe (15) d'ouverture/fermeture qui, dans une configuration fonctionnelle de l'élément, lorsque la dépression à l'intérieur du récipient est inférieure à une valeur prédéterminée, est en contact étanche avec un siège (216) formé à l'intérieur du récipient (300), autour d'au moins une partie du passage de reprise d'air, ledit organe (15) étant apte à s'écarter dudit siège (216) lorsque ladite valeur prédéterminée est atteinte, de manière à autoriser la reprise d'air à l'intérieur du récipient (300), et, par rappel élastique, à reprendre sa position en contact étanche sur ledit siège (216) lorsque la dépression à l'intérieur du récipient (300) repasse en dessous de ladite valeur prédéterminée, la mise en configuration fonctionnelle de l'élément étant obtenue par une modification non élastiquement réversible de ce dernier lors du montage. <IMAGE>
