Abstract (en)
The device has a conveyor for processed sheets (3), and a brake to decelerate the sheets from processing speed to ejection speed. A gap (25) in the brake is connected to a low pressure generator and the sheets are drawn across the gap before braking, for a smoothing stage. The brake has a cylindrical rotary body (29), rotating at a speed lower than processing speed. The body jacket forms a first down-stream edge (26) of the gap, and draws a sheet over the gap.

Die Erfindung schlägt für einen Ausleger einer Bogen (3) verarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Druckmaschine, eine zur Glättung und Abbremsung der Bogen (3) geeignete Baugruppe vor, die beim Einsetzten des Bremsprozesses keine Veränderung der in einem zur Glättung vorgesehenen Spalt (25) herrschenden, mittels eines Unterdruckerzeugers (24) geschaffene Druckverhältnisse verursacht. Hierzu ist eine Bogenbremse vorgesehen, die den Spalt (25) ausbildet. <IMAGE>
