Abstract (en)

The device has a tongue crossing point/wheel overrun section (24) with crossing grooves having projecting sides. The tongue crossing section consists of two longitudinal construction profiles (12,14), each corresponding to one half of the crossing nose section. The profiles are connected via welding, adhesive, and/or screw connections. The tongue crossing section has an internal wear-proof insert (52), and the profiles have apertures to accommodate it. The insert is esp. of wear-resistant austenitic manganese steel, or self-hardening and/or tempered steel.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Rillenschienenherzstück (10) umfassend einen Herstückschnittpunkt mit sich kreuzenden Rillen. Um das Herzstück ohne Schweißen ausbilden zu können und insbesondere den Herzstückschnittpunktbereich (24) verschleißfest zu gestalten, wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Herzstück aus zwei in Längsrichtung des Herzstücks verlaufenden kraft- und formschlüssig verbundenen untereinander unverschweißten Konstruktionsprofilen (12, 14) besteht, wobei jedes Konstruktionsprofil in seinem Verlauf jeweils einem Verlauf einer Hälfte des Herzstücks in Richtung dessen Längsachse betrachtet entspricht. <IMAGE>
