Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1138839A1] The urinal (1) has a flushing water connection (5) and a waste water connection (6), and consist of an inner and an outer section. The inner section (1a) is a shaft, open at the top, with an inclined guide surface (3a) extending from top back to bottom front. The outer part (1b) has a similar inclined guide surface (3b) projecting inwards. The guide surfaces define a gap (7) at the flushing water intake. The lower end of the first guide surface and the outer wall of the inner section define a gap (9), which is positioned under the water level (W) in an overflow chamber (10).
