[origin: EP1138840A2] The building terrace drainage channel has a cover with water inlet apertures. The channel is for installation in flat ground surfaces and the trough (2) is made of metal plate or plastic, being bent around at its upper edge parallel to its base (7). Between the surfaces (8) running parallel to the trough base height adjustment screws (9,10) are provided, on which the cover (3) fits. The cover and the trough have vertical side walls (6,15), which align with each other.
