[origin: DE10011851A1] The method involves fully lowering a window pane according to an unlocking command and fully closing the window again after closing the vehicle door. Lowering of the window fully is conducted after twice entering the unlocking command and then opening the vehicle door. The unlocking command can be given by remote control or operating a command point on the vehicle door. Independent claims are also included for the following: an arrangement for facilitating entry to a motor vehicle.
