Abstract (en)
The device is for the input of hot gas into heating surface pipes (3) welded with a pipe plate (1) of a heating boiler. In each heating surface pipe is an inlet pipe (5), which has a conically narrowing inlet (5a) located at a distance from the pipe plate. On the outside of the pipe plate is an insulation (6) between the inlet pipes. The inlet pipes are suspended inn the pipe plate and support on the pipe plate/heating surface pipe assembly. On each inlet pipe, prior to its suspension in the pipe plate, a ring-shaped insulation piece (6) is pushed.

Bei einer Vorrichtung für den Eintritt von Heißgas in mit einer Rohrplatte (1) eines Abhitzekessels verschweißten Heizflächenrohren (3), bei der in jedes Heizflächenrohr ein Einlaufrohr (5), das einen sich konisch verengenden und in Abstand von der Rohrplatte liegenden Einlauf (5a) aufweist, eingreift und bei der auf der Außenseite der Rohrplatte eine Isolierung (6, 9) zwischen den Einlaufrohren vorgesehen ist, ist für eine Zuordnung von Isoliermaterial zu den einzelnen Einlaufrohren vorgesehen, dass die Einlaufrohre (5) in die Rohrplatte (1) eingehängt sind und sich formschlüssig (5b; 8) auf der Baugruppe Rohrplatte/Heizflächenrohr (1; 3) abstützen und dass auf jedes Einlaufrohr (5) vor seinem Einhängen in die Rohrplatte ein ringartiges Isolierstück (6; 9) aufgeschoben ist. <IMAGE>
