[origin: WO0035549A1] The invention relates to a cutting device (10) for producing a composite toy wheel which consists of foam elements (34) having wheel disks (30) glued to their sides. To be able to cut the foam elements such that they are circular and protrude over the wheel disks both concentrically and radially the cutting device (10) comprises two circular cutting templates (14, 16) which are positioned on a shaft (12) concentrically to and at a distance from each other. At least one of the two templates (16) can be removed from the shaft (12).
