[origin: FR2788028A1] The invention concerns a vehicle comprising a structure (12) mounted on at least one axle (13) provided with wheels (11). Said driving device (10) comprises an electric motor (17, 33, 45) borne by the vehicle structure (12) having a stator (19) and a rotor (10) mounted rotating relatively to the stator (19), enclosing the axle but without any contact therewith (13). A driving element (18) integral with the axle is arranged laterally relatively to the electric motor and extends radially from the axle (13). The rotor is integral with driving means (29) designed to be directly urged in engagement with the element driving (29) the axle (13) in rotation. Preferably, the means driving (29) the rotor (20) and the driving element (18) form a claw coupling.
