Abstract (en)
The method of punching out thin especially plastic sheeting (2) involves the sheet being conveyed by a conveyor (1) to a punching unit (4) and then to a processing unit (13). Before being conveyed too the punching unit it is backed by a reinforcement adhesive-paper sheet (9). The reinforcement sheet has a uncoiling unit (8). A laminating roller (10) is in front of the punching unit. A vacuum front-tensioned roller (12) separates the reinforcement sheet and the thin sheeting.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Stanzen von dünner Folie (2) vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff sowie eine Stanzvorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens vorgestellt. Bei dem Verfahren wird die dünne Folie (2) von einer Zufuhrvorrichtung (1) einer nachgeordneten Stanzstation (4) zugeleitet und nach dem Stanzvorgang an eine nachfolgende Bearbeitungsstation (13) übergeben. Das Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die zu stanzende dünne Folie (2) vor der Zuleitung zur Stanzstation (4) auf der dem Stanzwerkzeug abgewandten Seite mit einer selbstklebenden Verstärkungsfolie (9) zusammengefügt wird. <IMAGE>
