[origin: EP1142827A1] The filling-machine for receptacles (18) incorporates a unit (10) for fitting tops (38) onto the receptacles' orifices (37) by means of at least two suction arms (19) radially protruding from a shared pivot axis and exposed to a vacuum. The suction-arms alternately take a lid from the same magazine (24) and perform a swivel movement to place the top. The coupling of suction-arm movements is produced by a mechanical connection (28) consisting of a linkage of rigid elements (29,31,32).
