Abstract (en)
A method of fabricating a guide vane assembly (16,20) for a turbine, during which for forming a guide vane crown (16), recesses (4), especially openings or cutouts, one for each guide vane (6), are made in a first ring. A guide vane (6) is then inserted into each opening or cutout (4) and the respective guide vane (6) is fixed with its first end (14) in the respective opening or cutout (4) and with its second end (12) to a second ring (10). The openings or cutouts (4) are formed with a profile matched to the guide vane profile and the positions of the individual guide vanes (6) are established together.

Bei dem Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Leitschaufelbauteils (16,20) für eine Turbine, insbesondere für eine Hochdruck- oder Mitteldruckstufe einer Turbine, werden zur Ausbildung eines Leitschaufelkranzes (16) bevorzugt in einem Außenring (2) Ausnehmungen (4) eingebracht, in die jeweils eine Leitschaufel (6) eingeführt wird, welche mit ihrem Außenende (14) in der jeweiligen Ausnehmung (4) und mit ihrem Innenende (12) an einem Innenring (10) befestigt wird. Dies ermöglicht ein präzises Positionieren der Leitschaufeln (6) und insbesondere ein vollautomatisches und kostengünstiges Herstellen. <IMAGE>
