[origin: WO9937553A1] The invention relates to a seal for containers of liquids. The inventive seal is connected to an edge flange (7) which is moulded onto the opening of the container (6), in such a way that the connection is liquid tight. The seal consists of two films (2,4) located one above the other. A hollow space for accommodating a medicament or a nutritional supplement (3) is provided between the two films. Said hollow space is formed by a central, convex, cup-shaped rounded section (8) in the top film (2) and by the bottom film (4) covering the flat side of the top film (2). The flat surface of the top film (2) and the surface of the bottom film (4) covering the same are at least partially joined by sticking or welding. The top film (2) is more resistant to tearing than the bottom film (4). The difference in tear resistance between the two films (2, 4) is such that when pressure is applied to the rounded section (8) and hereby to the medicament or nutritional supplement (3), the bottom film (4) can be broken whilst the top film cannot.
