[origin: DE19846096A1] The invention relates to preparations containing: a) at least one oxide with an average primary particle size ranging from 1 to 100 nm, preferably from 1 to 50 nm; b) at least one dispersing agent with an average molecular weight MW greater than 1000 g/mol; and c) at least one solvent. The inventive preparations are especially suited for producing printing inks which are applied as structured surfaces onto a transparent high-melting substrate using the ink-jet method. Transparent, electrically conductive layers result after sintering under a reducing atmosphere.
