[origin: WO0042204A2] Genetic screening methods are provided for use in the identification of trans-acting factors associated with the termination of transcription in yeast. Also provided are DNA constructs for use in such methods. Trans-acting factors identified using the methods of the invention may provide novel targets for antifungal intervention.
