[origin: DE19951144A1] The injector has a pressure intensifier (19) with two guide bores containing pistons (9,11). The second guide bore (7) is in hydraulic connection with a leakage oil return (25). The pressure (P1) in the return is lower than the supply pressure. The first guide bore (5), the first piston (9), and the housing (1,3) are sealed relative to the environment by a concertina sleeve (33). The supply pressure in the pressure chamber (17) is provided by a supply pipe (31), which opens into a chamber formed by piston, housing, and sleeve.
