Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1145742A1] The alpine ski comprises a tip zone (2), a heel zone (4) and an intermediate support zone (3). The support zone receives a stop (12) and a heel piece (13) constituting the ski boot fixing. The resistance to bending in the ski longitudinal direction of the central part of the support zone is less than that in the two end parts of the support zone.
