The armature plate (25) has a circular disc-shaped plate part (28) with radial recesses (36,38). A sleeve part (26) surrounding the plate has a central guide bore (27) in which an armature bolt is inserted. The armature plate, including the recesses and the central guide bore, is formed as metal injection moulded cast parts. The radial recesses are angled recesses, tapering towards the centre, and grooved recesses opening into a stepped expansion to of the guide bore. An Independent claim is included for a method to manufacture the armature plate.

Eine Ankerplatte eines Schaltmagneten, insbesondere für Dieselkraftstoff-Injektoren (sogenannte CR-Injektoren), weist ein im wesentlichen kreisscheibenförmiges Plattenteil (28) mit radialen Aussparungen (36,38) und ein sich daran anschließendes Hülsenteil (26) mit durchgehender zentrischer Führungsbohrung (27) auf, die in Montagestellung der Ankerplatte (25) von einem Ankerbolzen (28) des Schaltmagneten durchsetzt ist. Die Ankerplatte (25), einschließlich der radialen Aussparungen (36, 38) in dem Plattenteil (28) und der zentrischen Führungsbohrung (27, 30) ist als MIM-Spritzgußteil (MIM= Metal Injection Molding) ausgebildet. <IMAGE>
