Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1147731A1] The fermenter for foodstuffs has a heated fermentation chamber (19) which contains a partition wall (22). A ventilator fan (26) is mounted between one wall (13) of the chamber and the partition, in front of an aperture (23) in it. A cleaning spray (29) is mounted across a second aperture (24) near the top of the partition so that it washes the chamber on both sides of it.
