[origin: DE10019067C1] A transdermal plaster comprising dofetilide is new. The transdermal plaster (transdermal therapeutic system; TTS) comprises: (a) a permeable backing layer; (b) a matrix- or membrane-based reservoir associated with (a) and comprising 0.1-50 wt.% dofetilide based on the weight of (b); (c) an adhesive layer; and (d) a removable protective layer.

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Dofetilid enthaltendes transdermales therapeutisches System in Pflasterform mit einer wirkstoffundurchlässigen Rückschicht, einem damit verbundenen Wirkstoffreservoir, einer haftklebenden Schicht und einer vor der Applikation ablösbaren Schutzschicht. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf die Verwendung derartiger transdermaler therapeutischer Systeme zur medizinischen Anwendung bei verschiedenen Indikationen.
