[origin: EP1148251A2] A first piston valve (1) fits between a first compressive space (6) connected to an operating pipe (A,B) and a second compressive space (7) adjacent to the first piston valve compressed against a buffer (3) by a prestress spring. A throttle (8) connects first and second compressive spaces to each other. The second compressive space connects to a second piston valve (11) prestressed by a second prestress spring (17).
