Abstract (en)
A rescue system for a cable car has a separate rescue track (10, 10') each side of the main tracks, and supported on separate cables (12, 13, 12', 13'). The rescue car has a control platform (11) hung from either rescue track by a pendent support (16) and has a cabin slung under the control platform on adjustable supports. This enables the rescue personnel to position the rescue cabin alongside the stranded cabin to transfer the stranded passengers via a drop down bridge. The adjustable supports can be a simple winch system or a telescopic mounting.

Bergewagen (16) für eine Bergeseilbahn (11), deren Fahrbahn (10, 10') im wesentlichen parallel zu einer Fahrbahn einer Hauptseilbahn (1') verläuft, mit einer Kabine (17), die mit einem Gehänge (19) zur Abstützung auf der Fahrbahn (10, 10') versehen ist und zur Aufnahme von aus der Hauptseilbahn zu bergenden Fahrgästen bestimmt ist, wobei die Kabine (17) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Hub/Senk-Einrichtung (18) mit dem Gehänge (19) verbunden ist. <IMAGE>
