[origin: EP1149776A2] The valve (2) for a carboy (1) containing two phases (A,B) is coupled to a device (20') giving access to the valve located inside the carboy. The device comprises a chamber (3') connected to the valve and by two paths (10,11) to the carboy contents. One path is connected to the upper part of the carboy and the other path is connected to the carboy lower part. On path (10) is composed of a tube submerged into the carboy bottom and the other path is obstructed by a captive ball (14) movable under the effect of gravity when the carboy is turned upside down.
