[origin: FR2789369A1] The invention concerns a device comprising a base plate (10) mounted on the container (2) and a sleeve (14) forming an inner bore (A), and a plunger capable of sliding in said bore (A), between a first released position relatively to the cap (5) of the container (2) and a second position called transfer position, wherein a hollow needle (21) borne by the plunger (20) passes through the cap (5). The base plate (10) is provided with at least an elastic spout (15) retaining the plunger (20) in transfer position, said spout projecting, from the sleeve (14), towards the bore (A) inside and capable of co-operating with an outer radial flap (24) of the plunger (20).
