Relative motion between thread guidance drum (3) and creel (5) are initiated in the winding zones. These counteract variations in displacement associated with the anti-patterning device, during thread change over. An Independent claim is included for equipment carrying out the process. Preferred features: In addition to rotation, the thread guidance drum (3) is mounted to slide axially. The drum is subjected to axial oscillation (36) acting against displacement variation. Simultaneously with axial oscillation, anti-patterning slip control is effected. Frequency of the thread guidance drum oscillation is low, about 0.1-3 Hz, preferably 0.5 Hz. Amplitude of the oscillation corresponds approximately with the reduction in displacement on thread change over. Oscillation is effected in addition to the action of an edge-laying mechanism (28) of the thread guidance drum. Oscillation is also effected when this mechanism is not in operation. By varying the angle of adjustment of the stepper motor, amplitude of thread guidance drum oscillation is adjustable.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Kreuzspulen (4) in der Wicklungsart "wilde Wicklung". Die Arbeitsstellen (1) eines Kreuzspulautomaten weisen dabei jeweils eine Spuleinrichtung mit einer axial verschiebbar gelagerten Fadenführungstrommel (3) zum reibschlüssigen Antreiben sowie einen Spulenrahmen (5) zum drehbaren Haltern der Kreuzspule (4) auf. Des weiteren ist eine Bildstöreinrichtung (22) vorgesehen, die, durch definiertes Einstellen des Auflagedruckes der Kreuzspule (4) auf der Fadenführungstrommel (3), eine Schlupfregelung ermöglicht. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß im Bereich von Bildwicklungszonen zwischen der Fadenführungstrommel (3) und dem Spulenrahmen (5) Relativbewegungen eingeleitet werden, die einer durch die Bildstörung bedingten Hubveränderung bei der Fadenchangierung entgegenwirken. <IMAGE>
