[origin: GB2346575A] A truss machine comprising wire supply means adapted to supply a plurality of wires 1,2,3, first wire feeder means, which first feeder means is adapted to feed a wire to wire forming means which wire forming means is adapted to form said wire into a zigzag shape. Wire incrementation means 15,16 are provided to draw said wire through said wire forming means, wherein the apparatus includes control means. The control means are adapted to control the wire forming means such that the dimensions of the zigzag are alterable. The machine can be constructed in two halves, which are mirror images of each other so that an alternating node pattern can be obtained. The trusses formed by welding the bent wires may be used in building panals.
