These operating programmes can be stored in the operating device (2) under their set name and can be allocated to operating elements with which they can be requested directly. The operation of the appliance is simplified and accelerated especially by the possibility of establishing informative names for the client's own operating programmes. The risk of maloperation of the appliance is also reduced.
