The valve piston (23) creates a fluidic connection through the valve housing (22) between a pressure supply (1) and a control area (32) of the pressure intensifier (3) when the valve piston (23) is in the rest position. The valve piston (23) creates a fluidic connection through the valve housing (22) when the valve piston is in the switching position, whereby the control area (32) in the pressure intensifier (3) is not pressurised.
