Abstract (en)
A baking oven has an outer casing (1) and insulation (2) for a cooking area. A diagonally fitted pipe (3) runs through this insulation outwards and is angled so as to cause steam condensing in the pipe to run back into the oven area and be vaporised. In the clearance between the outer casing and the insulation there is a fan that generates a current of air towards an outlet (B) in the casing.

Zur bedarfsgerechten Entlüftung des Garraumes eines Backofens ist eine Regelung vorgesehen, welche die Entlüftungsleistung aufgrund eines wesentlich vom Druckgefälle zwischen dem Garraum und seiner Umgebung abhängigen physikalischen Parameters regelt. Vorzugsweise wird zu diesem Zweck die Temperatur des am Ausgang einer aus dem Garraum ins Freie führenden Überdruckleitung austretenden Gases als Steuerungsparameter gebraucht. <IMAGE>
