Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1156282A1] A baking oven has an outer casing (1) and insulation (2) for a cooking area. A diagonally fitted pipe (3) runs through this insulation outwards and is angled so as to cause steam condensing in the pipe to run back into the oven area and be vaporised. In the clearance between the outer casing and the insulation there is a fan that generates a current of air towards an outlet (B) in the casing.
