Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1157786A2] The device has a forked holder for jaws actuated by a piston-cylinder unit with an integral restoring spring and a hydraulic gear wheel pump driven by an electric motor to generate the pressure applied to the unit. The pump rotor shafts are mounted in a gearbox output shaft bearing housing and the piston-cylinder unit housing. All hydraulic pressure lines are bores in a hydraulic block in which the pump rotor shafts and a valve unit are mounted. The portable, hydraulic device has a forked holder for clamping jaws actuated by a piston-cylinder unit with an integral restoring spring and a hydraulic gear wheel pump driven by an electric motor to generate the pressure applied to the piston-cylinder unit. The pump (18) rotor shafts (19) are mounted in a bearing housing for a gearbox output shaft and in the piston-cylinder unit housing. All hydraulic pressure lines are bores in a hydraulic block (17) in which the pump rotor shafts and a valve unit (31) are also mounted.
