[origin: EP1158080A1] The invention relates to a yarn (2) twist retention (1) on an open-end spinning machine comprising a part of a wall of a bent yarn (2) delivery channel (5) forming the inner side (501) of the bent section (50) of the bent yarn (2) delivery channel (5), this section of the wall of the bent yarn (2) delivery channel (5) on the yarn (2) twist retention member being provided with at least one yarn (2) twist retaining means.
