Abstract (en)
The coiled ring (1a) receives a stabilizing and anchoring means (2) which comprises a loop shape (2a) which is freely mounted in the ring. The loop comprises two arms (2b,2c) angularly directed to one another. The upper arm can be directed upwards to allow insertion of the arch. The lower arm can pass through the ring internal opening and be supported diametrically opposite the coiled ring.
