[origin: EP1158175A2] The electric motor (1) has a separation sleeve provided by a liquid impervious foil (16), acting as a wet rotor which separates the rotor (10), attached to the motor shaft (4), from the stator (11), secured to the motor housing (2). The foil is held by a number of support elements (15), incorporating at least 2 clamp elements (18) between which the foil is tensioned.
