Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1158837A2] Between supportive substrate (3) and surface of the object heated (2), linear regions interrupt area contact between them. The interruptions extend to edges of the contact area, forming vent channels (8). Interruptions are formed by spacer wires (7), distinct from the heater wires (4).
