The method involves entering working time detection functions and personal identification numbers at telecommunications terminals (9,10) connected to a telecommunications system (1). The functions and the personal identification numbers are provided with a time stamp and stored as data for call up by at least one of the terminals (2) connected to the telecommunications system. Independent claims are also included for the following: a telecommunications system and a telecommunications terminal.

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Arbeitszeiterfassung bzw. eine Telekommunikationsanlage vorgeschlagen, die dazu dienen, Funktionen zur Arbeitszeiterfassung und persönliche Identifikationsnummern einzugeben, mit einem Zeitstempel zu versehen, abzuspeichern und für einen Abruf bereitzuhalten. Dadurch wird vorteilhafterweise eine bestehende Telekommunikationsanlage in einem Betrieb für die Erfassung der Arbeitszeit verwendet. Die Daten zur Arbeitszeiterfassung werden in einem Speicher abgespeichert, der gegen Netzausfall gesichert ist. Mittels eines an die Telekommunikationsanlage angeschlossenen Terminals können die Daten gegebenenfalls verändert werden. An die Telekommunikationsanlage angeschlossene Telekommunikationsendgeräte weisen Funktionstasten für die Eingabe der Funktion zur Arbeitszeiterfassung auf. <IMAGE>
