[origin: EP1360924A2] The device has a container (1) with a filling opening (3) and a resealable discharge opening (2) that fits in a back pack having supporting and fixing straps (8), a mounting plate (9) and a rapid-action coupling. A flow-regulating hose (6) can be shut off, and conveys fluid from the container to a mopping or applicator device (5) with a handle (4). The container is held above the surface to be cleaned and can be de-aerated. A hose adapter (11) with a shut-off device (12) and a rapid-action coupling (13) with a drip-protection unit is fitted to the discharge opening to connect the flow-regulating hose.
