Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2790880A1] The invention concerns a method for producing cutout stop limits in a layer (10) consisting of a plurality of electrically conductive cables (11) arranged parallel to one another between two plastic sheets (19) providing the layer with coherence. Said method is characterised in that it consists in: separating at least partially by producing cutouts (12) in the plastic sheets, at least one conductor cable from the plurality of other cables, and in providing a cutout stop limit (17), to prevent the cutout from extending beyond a specific point, by producing in the immediate surroundings of the end of the cutout a reinforcing bead by burning the plastic material. The invention also concerns a conductor layer obtained by said method and designed to be used in a motor vehicle.
