[origin: EP1162319A2] The cistern has a cistern body (1) with inspection windows (2,3) in one wall. Windows of different sizes can be cut, using beaded or perforated lines (14,15), which are removed to create a window of desired size. Alternatively, the cistern body may have a large aperture, with an adapter plate with inspection window fitted into it. The cistern may be installed in a first position, or in a second position at 180 degrees relative to the first, and in this case it has different inspection windows in two sides.
